Steven leads the global financial affairs of mBlox. Prior to mBlox, Steven served as VP Finance of Affymax, a biotechnology company, where he established planning and public company functions and helped lead the company through several public financings. Previously he served as VP Finance and Administration for Connetics, a pharmaceutical company, leading finance, IT and facilities prior to acquisition of the company in 2007. Prior to this post, Steven served as VP Finance of Informatica, a data warehouse developer, after working at Portal Software, a developer of customer management and billing software, where he was controller during an initial public offering and a period of seven-fold increase in quarterly revenue and later led sales operations. Steven began his career with seven years at Ernst & Young in Palo Alto, California.
Steven earned his B.S. and M.A. degrees in accounting from the University of Southern California.
